The Batman Arkham Asylum is a pulsating action and secretive
PlayStation3 compatible video game based on the famous DC Comics'. This
game has been developed by Rock steady Studios and published by Eidos
Interactive in cooperation with the Warner Bros. Interactive
Entertainment including DC Comics.
The first version of the game was launched on 25th August, 2009 in North
America and August 28th, 2009 in Europe.
The game was awarded Guinness World Record for being the most critically
acclaimed superhero game ever made. Other accolades for this version of
Batman series game includes the Best Game BAFTA award as well as the
Spike Video Game Award
About the game
The Joker being the noted villain of Batman, has developed a complicated
plan involving many other enemies known to Batman to create a brigade of
nuisance creatures who would threaten Gotham City. So Batman has to rise
to the occasion very cleverly and put an end to this deadly plan woven
by Joker.
The background voice of the central characters of the game including
Batman, Joker and Harley Quinn has been provided Mark Hamill, Arleen
Sorkin and Kevin Conroy respectively.
The prime focus of the game lies on the warfare capabilities of Batman,
his style of using his stealth and the armoury of advanced weapons that
he uses in the different stages of progress of the game. This game is
usually played from the point of view of a third person and is expected
to put you in front exciting of challenges.
