Modern Warfare 2 – The Most Realistic Warfare Video Game
 Modern Warfare 2 is a contemporary version of warfare video game
developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision for PlayStation
3. This game was launched worldwide on November 10th, 2009.
The Modern Warfare 2 is a straight continuation of the Call of Duty 4,
following the same storyline. This game roughly sold around 4.7 million
copies worldwide in just 24 hours within its release and unexpectedly
became the all time second best selling game in the United Kingdom and
subsequently the third most sellable game in the United States.
Even after the publisher decided to charge an extra £10 for each of the
copies of the game, still the game went on to break the international
sales record.
About the Game
This version of Call of Duty involves far more challenges and excitement
to complete. This game opens with a few learning sessions to make the
players acquainted with the methods of control. Without wasting any
time, it quickly jumps into the plot which illustrates vivid pictures of
World War II. The elements have been extracted from the COD4's campaign
- an assignment undertaken by the British SAS and the US armed forces.
It is expected that a player would take around 8 hours of time to
complete the campaign accurately which consists of 23 missions in all,
most of them being highly addictive. The developer made sure to keep the
practicalities of their multiplayer in place with addition of new
features to make it most realistic.
